Delete Account & Data

How to request deletion

To request permanent deletion of your En-Vahan account and all associated data, please send an email to:

blinnapps@gmail.com

Use the subject line "Delete My Account – En-Vahan", and send the request from the same email address you used to sign in to the app (via Google Sign-In).

We will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in information
All vehicles added to your garage
All service history records
All uploaded documents and reminders
Your profile information (name, driving licence details, preferences)

Note: Some data may be retained for a short period in secure backups for operational and legal purposes, and will be permanently purged within 90 days of your deletion request.

Partial data deletion

If you'd like to delete specific data (e.g. a single vehicle or service record) without deleting your entire account, you can do this directly within the En-Vahan app — long-press any vehicle, service entry, or document to delete it, or contact us at the email above for assistance.
